CRH PRIME HRM

CRH PRIME HRM is a significant endeavour by the Human Resource Management Office of Caraga Regional Hospital. This project has started in 2017, when the management had decided to shift into a strategic human resource. Among the very first programs carried out during the first month of the establishment of PRIME HRM was to shift paradigm from a transaction based HR to process based system. This page on CRH PRIME HRM shall contain all the PRIME Advocacies of the agency as well as other related programs like the QMS and PGS. This page goes hand in hand with the CRH PRIME HRM Group, which is considered to be the official and exclusive portal for CRH employees.
