A small bite can lead to a big risk, but with the right knowledge and immediate action, every life can still be saved.

The Health Services Office, together with the SPUS BSN 2 Student Nurses, conducted a fun and interactive lecture-demonstration on proper toothbrushing for our Nursery students. 🪥💙

It’s never too early to teach our little ones the importance of good oral hygiene. By building healthy habits today, we’re helping them achieve brighter smiles and healthier futures! 😁

🦷✨ In observance of Dental Health Month with the theme “Dentistay: Kaagapay sa Ngiting Walang Humpay,” the Health Services Office successfully conducted the distribution of hygiene kits to different offices at Saint Paul University Surigao – Main Campus.

In celebration of Philippine Heart Month this February, all SPUS Basic Education employees are invited to join our Zumba dance exercise on Friday, 4-5 pm, at the Basic Ed Atrium, and every Friday onwards.
Let’s get moving, have fun, and take care of our hearts together through dance and exercise. Zumba is a great way to improve cardiovascular health, reduce stress, and boost overall wellness.
