The SNSU Clinic Office and SNSU Placement Office successfully conducted the 2-Day Seminar-Workshop on To***co and Drug Abuse Prevention and Control with the theme “Healthy Coping Beyond Substance” last November 13–14, 2025 at the SNSU Gym. Day 1 was attended by 4th Year COE and CCIS students, while Day 2 was participated in by 4th Year CBT and CAS students.

The event featured key speakers:
• Christian Joy Lopez, HEPO II from the Provincial DOH Office–Surigao del Norte 🫁 (To***co and Its Health Effects)
• Siegfred Paul U. Cassion, RN, Nurse II from DTRC Caraga 🧬 (The Science of Addiction)
• Dianne Congreso-Zerda, RPsy, Psychologist III 💛 (Su***de Prevention and Control)

The seminar aimed to promote health awareness and encourage responsible choices among students. In addition, this activity focused on prevention, education, and fostering a healthy and supportive university community. 🌿🤝
