In reference to the notice from the Municipal Health Office regarding the temporary closure of lying-in services at RHU Tagoloan from April 1, 2026 (5:00 PM) until April 5, 2026 (5:00 PM) in observance of the Lenten Season, the public is hereby advised of the following:

🤰 Pregnant patients in active labor are advised to proceed directly to the nearest hospital, including St. Paul Hospital – Tagoloan, to ensure safe and continuous delivery services during this period. Regular services at the RHU Tagoloan Birthing Facility will resume on April 5, 2026 after 5:00 PM.

📄 Please bring the following documents:
• Prenatal records
• Laboratory results
• PhilHealth documents

🚑 Important reminders:
• Patients may be referred or transferred at any time if a higher level of care is required.
• Our Emergency Room (ER) services remain open 24/7 to attend to emergency cases.

Please be informed that the Out-Patient Department (OPD) of St. Paul Hospital – Tagoloan will be closed on April 2, 2026 (Maundy Thursday) and April 3, 2026 (Good Friday) in observance of the Lenten Season.

Regular OPD operations will resume on April 6, 2026 (Monday).

While OPD services will be temporarily unavailable on these dates, the Emergency Room (ER) will remain open 24/7 to attend to urgent and emergency cases.

Please be informed that St. Paul Hospital – Tagoloan will observe half-day operations on April 1, 2026 (Holy Wednesday) in observance of the Lenten Season.

OPD services will be available from 8:00 AM to 12:00 NN only.

Regular operations will follow the scheduled holiday closure on April 2–3, 2026, with services resuming on April 6, 2026.

The Emergency Room (ER) will remain open 24/7 to continuously provide care for emergency cases.

PROJECT 25@28 STRATEGIC PLANNING WORKSHOP FOR ADOLESCENT PREGNANCY PREVENTION

March 17–19, 2026 — St. Paul Hospital – Tagoloan, led by Chief of Hospital I Dr. Ben Johnson B. Villanueva, together with members of the Office of the Chief of Hospital, actively participated in the three-day Strategic Planning Workshop and Partnership Formalization for Addressing Adolescent Pregnancy through Project 25@28 held in Libertad, Misamis Oriental.

Organized by the Commission on Population and Development (CPD) Region 10, the activity gathered key stakeholders from various sectors of the Municipality of Tagoloan to strengthen collaboration and develop unified strategies aimed at reducing adolescent pregnancy cases by 25% by the year 2028.

The workshop concluded with a partnership formalization and pledge of commitment among participating agencies, signifying their shared responsibility and dedication to protecting the health, future, and well-being of the youth through responsive programs and strengthened community support systems.

St. Paul Hospital reaffirms its commitment to support initiatives that promote adolescent health, responsible parenthood, and community development through strong inter-agency cooperation.

MONTHLY GENERAL ASSEMBLY — MARCH 2026

March 13, 2026 — St. Paul Hospital – Tagoloan successfully conducted its SPH Monthly General Assembly for March 2026, bringing together employees for key institutional updates, policy discussions, and operational alignment. The activity was hosted by the Finance Service Department.

Among the matters discussed were Office of the President Memorandum Circular No. 114, s. 2026, updates on the proposed Hospital Revenue Code, PhilHealth YAKAP Program, and other important concerns relevant to hospital operations and service delivery.

The assembly continues to serve as an important platform for communication, coordination, and strengthening teamwork among SPH personnel as the institution moves forward in its commitment to efficient service delivery and quality healthcare for the community.

SPH PRESENTS PROPOSED AMENDMENTS ON HOSPITAL FEES AND CHARGES TO SANGGUNIANG BAYAN

March 11, 2026 — St. Paul Hospital – Tagoloan, represented by Dr. Ben Johnson B. Villanueva, Chief of Hospital, together with Ms. Glaiza L. Roa, Planning Officer, presented the proposed amendments on hospital fees and charges during the committee meeting of the Sangguniang Bayan Committee on Health, Sanitation and Social Services, chaired by Municipal Councilor Honey Analou Emano-Doña, and other Sangguniang Bayan members also in attendance.

The proposed amendments were endorsed for review, consideration, and possible approval to ensure that hospital rates remain responsive to current operational requirements while sustaining the delivery of accessible, affordable, and quality healthcare services for the people of Tagoloan.

This initiative reflects SPH’s continuing commitment to institutional sustainability while remaining true to its mission of providing compassionate and people-centered healthcare.
