Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) Training Tier 1
This session equips the future leaders of the Philippine Army with essential life-saving skills under the supervision of combat-ready and combat-tested medical service officers and NCOs of the Army General Hospital.
We remain steadfast in our commitment to EXTEND Army General Hospital Servicesโbringing quality medical support closer to Line Units and, most importantly, to the prestigious Officer Candidate School (OCS).
The training focused on rapid response to preventable deaths, specifically the proper application of tourniquets to control severe bleeding. The training emphasizes that Combat Survival is a Responsibility of every future Army Officer.
Timely and correct intervention significantly improves survivability. Through standardized and continuous training, we ensure our soldiers remain capable, confident, and ready to sustain operations in any high-risk environment.
