High performers don’t struggle with ideas.
They struggle with ex*****on.

Many people stay in thinking mode. Planning mode. Learning mode. But performance changes when thoughts become words, and words become action.

This is where real change happens. Not in knowing more, but in practicing more.

Even in my own journey, I see how easy it is to stay in awareness and delay implementation. But results come from the moments we decide to act on what we already know.

High performers rarely lack information.
What is often missing is integration.

Reading. Learning. Attending workshops. Saving posts. Taking notes. But not always translating insight into daily practice.

This is where burnout quietly builds. When everything stays in the mind, the nervous system stays “on” without resolution.

Honestly, I see this in myself too. I know. I teach. But the real question is:
Do I actually practice what I know?

Alignment is not more knowledge.
It is practicing what we already understand.

For 10 years, I thought I was just teaching yoga.

What I was really doing was helping high performers regulate their stress so they can perform better without burning out.

Recently, I had the opportunity to facilitate a session for AIA sales professionals where we explored:
• How to reset your energy before meetings and presentations
• How to reframe rejection so it doesn’t drain you
• How to recover faster so you can stay calm and focused
• How to build success without sacrificing your health

Because performance is not just strategy.
It is energy.
It is recovery.
It is how you show up after things don’t go your way.

Sales is a mental and emotional game just as much as it is a skills game.

Our frequency is our responsibility. While the world feels like a “panic frenzy” of “what ifs,” I’m returning to the resonance of this mantra.

Like a singing bowl, it reminds me that peace isn’t something we find. It’s something we vibrate.

This isn’t to invalidate what is happening outside, but a reminder to work from where you can. It starts from within. 🕯️

The hardest part of yoga isn’t the poses.
It’s the showing up. 🧘🏻‍♀️

Most of us start because we want to feel different. Maybe for some it is to lose weight or get stronger. That’s a valid place to begin. I started there, too.

But the real shift happens when the focus on the scale fades, and attention turns to how the body actually moves.

For now, the invitation is simple:
* Show up. Even when energy is low.
* Be present. Even if the mind is still at the office.
* Move. Even if it feels stiff or uncomfortable.

Intelligent movement is about building a body that feels capable, mobile, and alive. There is no requirement to be flexible to start. The mission is simply to create a starting point. Our future self will be glad we did.
