📢 We Are Hiring: Machine Specialist

Mixue Philippines is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Machine Specialist to support our store operations and ensure the optimal performance of our equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct hands-on training for store staff on Mixue machinery while ensuring full SOP compliance
• Develop and regularly update troubleshooting guides and reference materials
• Perform routine store visits to assess machine performance and provide refresher training
• Serve as the primary contact for machinery-related concerns and coordinate with technical teams for major repairs

Qualifications:

• Experience in equipment training or operations within the F&B or retail industry
• Familiarity with beverage and dessert machinery (ice cream machines, tea brewers, sealers, etc.)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel frequently to various store locations
• Basic technical or mechanical skills preferred
• Technical training or certifications are an advantage
