• The Smile Reflex: Even a fake smile can trick your brain into releasing "feel-good" chemicals like dopamine and serotonin. Give it a try—it’s a literal brain hack! 😊
• The Power Stretch: Sitting at a desk or scrolling for too long? Reach for the sky! Stretching lowers cortisol (the stress hormone) and gets your blood flowing. 🧘♀️
• The Deep Reset: Take one deep breath in for 4 seconds, hold for 4, and exhale for 4. It signals to your nervous system that you are safe and in control. 🌬️
