FACTS ABOUT CHILDREN WHO LIFT WEIGHTS THAT FILIPINOS STILL REFUSE TO ACCEPT:

1. They can build more resilient muscles and bones than those adults who don't exercise at all

2. May sharper and healthier brain sila.
(PMID: 37466900, PMID: 40226294).

3. Mas mataas ang risk na mainjure sila sa basketball/volleyball kaysa sa pagbubuhat ng weights (since in Filipino culture, yan ang mga primary sports na unang pinae-experience sa mga bata).

4. They could develop an anti-depressant habit - that is resistance training.

The comments section is so frustrating

I think it's more dangerous if you're on your 20s 30s 40s or above and all that you do is irregular internet workouts or maybe even none at all! 😅

This kid is trained by professionals who know much more what they're doing than anyone on the comments section who would immediately see this negative.

But at least despite all the negative comments, a lot more people are more aware, a few hopefully would do their research better and know that this is not as dangerous as they thought so
