Kaya unti-unti, pinili kong magbago. Kahit pagod, kahit minsan tinatamad—kikilos pa rin. Hindi para maging perpekto, kundi para maging mas malakas, mas healthy, at mas present sa mga mahal ko sa buhay. 💪💚

Hindi kailangan biglaan. Hindi kailangan perfect. Ang importante, nagsisimula ka at hindi ka sumusuko.

I’m not perfect, but I’m improving.
Every day, I choose to be better than who I was yesterday—kahit 1% lang, progress pa rin yun.

I’m not rushing, but I’m moving.
Hindi ko na kinukumpara ang timeline ko sa iba. I trust my own pace, my own journey.

And I’m learning to love myself—more and more each day. 💚✨ Sa good days at lalo na sa bad days, pinipili kong yakapin ang sarili ko—flaws, changes, and all.

Because this journey is not about perfection…
it’s about growth, healing, and becoming the version of myself na ipinagpe-pray ko noon.

At kung minsan mabagal ang progress—okay lang. Ang mahalaga, hindi ako huminto.

So today, I celebrate small wins, silent battles, at lahat ng pagbabago na ako lang ang nakakaalam. 🌿💯
