Wellness for life can begin when we see wrongness.

That would mean there’s wrongness in how we are living, thinking, feeling, doing.

The shift to wellness happens when we can readily see our own participation in the wrongness and mindfully take the necessary actions that are needed to change direction.

To become more responsible.

Able to respond to the need to be well.

The longer we delay, the farther we are to that wellness we desire.

Shift to be well.

Did you know 2024 is a leap year?

Leap years give us one extra day to create the change we seek.

That’s kind of amazing yes?!

I invite you to look ahead and create a vision of how well you would like to be before this year passes and another year comes.

Some questions to ask yourself …

“What do I want to feel more of, or less of?”

“How would I like to feel more often, or less often?”

I would bet it is towards wellness and feeling good to the depth of your core being.

Set your intentions towards that direction.

And commit to it.

Then look at what needs changing to get yourself moving towards that way.

And get working on the process.

The process that will lead to the change you seek requires you to look inward and see thoughts, feelings, actions, choices and decisions that are “comfortable” and habitual that you even identify yourself with it, but if you look real close, it is in conflict with your desire to feel as good as you want to feel and be as well as you want to be.

That conflict is there because once upon a time it served you well but to continue to do so is detrimental to your wellbeing.

What is that that needs changing that is hidden in your comfort zone that if you do change or adjust, you feel so liberated that nothing can hold you back from being unstoppable and feeling simply amazing?

Change that. Today is the day to start.

Go be the amazing you that you are!
