This is the maintenance phase of the Diet. In this phase, there is no set end date. You'll continue to eat this way until you have reached your desired weight and can maintain it that way. This phase will help keep the weight off for good. 🏋️

The diet, a new weight-loss fad, is based on the idea that the microorganisms living in our guts contribute significantly to our bodily functions. 🥦

🍛 During phase 1, avoid many different types of foods from grains, eggs, dairy, fried foods, artificial sweeteners, and meat. Eating organic plant-based foods that are rich in probiotics is encouraged. Such as garlic, onion, kefir, yogurt, kimchi, and asparagus. Also, you'll need gut microbiome diet supplements such as probiotics.

During the second phase, you can reintroduce foods to your diet. The idea is that, by the time you reach this phase, your gut microbiome has been boosted. Up to four of your meals per week can include food that isn’t on the recommended food list. In addition, you can now add most fruits and vegetables to your again. 💯
