If you know someone taking an antidepressant (Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors, SSRI), they should be watched closely for worsening depression or unusual behavior. ALL antidepressants carry boxed warnings ⚠️, the strictest warnings for prescriptions. In some cases, children, teenagers and young adults under 25 may have an INCREASE in SUICIDAL THOUGHTS ☠️ or behavior when taking antidepressants. This may be more likely in the first few weeks after starting or when the dose is changed.

Here are the FDA approved SSRI's to treat depression:
Citalopram (Celexa).
Escitalopram (Lexapro).
Fluoxetine (Prozac).
Paroxetine (Paxil).
Sertraline (Zoloft).

And here are their side effects:
Upset stomach, vomiting or diarrhea.
Sweating.
Headache.
Sleepiness or trouble sleeping.
Dry mouth.
Nervousness, ANXIETY or restlessness.
Shakiness.
Sexual problems, such as lessened sexual desire, trouble reaching or**sm or trouble getting and keeping an er****on.
Changes in appetite, leading to weight loss or weight gain.

Your psychiatrist, for sure will not tell you these side effects and boxed warnings 'cause they'll just write a prescription without giving you an informed consent. They use them to treat anxiety but the side effect will also give you the same symptom they are treating so you'll end up in a never ending cycle of taking these worthless drugs. If you stop taking them here are the withdrawal symptoms:

Upset stomach, vomiting or diarrhea.
Sweating.
Headache.
Sleepiness or trouble sleeping.
Dry mouth.
Nervousness, ANXIETY or restlessness.
Shakiness.
Sexual problems, such as lessened sexual desire, trouble reaching or**sm or trouble getting and keeping an er****on.
Changes in appetite, leading to weight loss or weight gain.

🤔 Still you'll end up with anxiety. Kind a sinister huh? So I don't think taking this kind of drug will not do you any good but to suppress your symptoms and worse, suppress your existence ☠️

💡Think differently and not to conform with what they are telling you to do to for your health. You're the one who decides what's good for you and not them. If these drugs can cure then mental health issues will lessen but the opposite is happening, the numbers are continuously increasing exponentially.📈

Depression and other mental health issues are continuously growing despite of medical and psychological interventions. Why? Because big pharma and medical institutions are not after the cure so they can profit from selling addictive drugs and put you in a lifelong treatment that won't work but make your condition worse. Researchers at Tufts University found that drinking black coffee could lower your risk of dy*ng from cardiovascular disease and lowers all cause mortality by 14%.

Make sure to avoid coffee with added sweeteners, hydrogenated oils and decaf. Never drink coffee on an empty stomach as it can irritate your stomach lining and can disrupt your cortisol rhythm especially when taken 30 to 60 mins upon waking up.

Practical Recommendations:

1. Eat First: Have coffee after a balanced breakfast containing protein, healthy fats, and complex carbs/fiber (e.g., eggs with avocado and spinach, oatmeal with nuts/seeds). Food buffers acid and moderates the caffeine/adrenaline impact.
2. Hydrate First: Drink a glass of water upon waking to rehydrate before coffee.

There is no disease on earth that is caused by a prescription drug deficiency. You'll go to your doctor and give you pills for your symptoms. After a while of taking those pills, you have new symptoms caused by side effects, then you'll go back to your doctor and prescribes you another pill for your new symptoms and the cycle goes on and on until you realized you have more than 10 maintenance drugs and you feel worst than before. Big pharma and medical institutions make huge profits when you are sick so they have no plans of curing you.
