The Next Normal in Pediatrics

It has already been more than two months since our town is on Enhance Community Quarantine (ECQ) then revised to General Community Quarantine (GCQ). Nonetheless, pediatric clinic’s services are temporarily unavailable, which brings out hysteria on parents.

Child doctors worry about their patients, as much as a mother worries her child. As a doctor, I thought creating a virtual clinic is a better platform for parents to reach out to me, in the same way, that I can reach out to my patients.

We offer online Well Baby Assessment, Patient Consults, and home service vaccinations. Our goal is to provide your child’s needs in the comfort of your homes.

I may have mentioned earlier that virtual clinics are a “better platform” because I still believe that nothing beats an actual consult at the clinic, wherein I can examine your child accordingly. But then, NO ONE is ready for a pandemic. For the time being, this is the better way for me to help your child. Like everyone else, I could not wish for anything but for things to be back just as they were, but for now, Welcome to the Next Normal.
