Summer is here, and while you're enjoying the sun, don't forget to take care of your eyes! Here are some tips from your Eye doctor to keep your vision clear and your eyes comfortable:

1. Sunglasses Are a Must ๐Ÿ˜Ž - Protect your eyes from harmful UV rays. Choose sun glasses with UV protection.

2. Stay Hydrated ๐Ÿ’ง - Dehydration can affect your eyes. Drink plenty of water throughout the day.

3. Use Eye Drops for Dry Eyes ๐Ÿ’ฆ - The heat can cause dryness and irritation. Keep some lubricating eye drops on hand.

4. Wear a Hat ๐Ÿงข - A wide-brimmed hat not only keeps you cool but also provides extra protection for your eyes.

March 28th - March 30th: Closed for observance of the Holy Week
