Pero nakukuha rin yung uric acid sa pagkain, usually seafoods, meats and alcohol. Pero isang tip, maraming purine sa mga pagkain na kinakain natin pag baby pa yung pagkain - beans and nuts and sprouts kasi baby plant, balut kasi baby chicken - kasi maraming dna. HYPERURICIMIA ang tawag pag mataas yung uric acid sa dugo. Pag sobrang taas, nagkakagout ka. Pwede magkacrystals sa joints, kindneys, skin, outer ear. Kasi nagiging crystals na yung uric acid sa dami. [Kung natry mong magtunaw ng asukal sa tubig, kahit anong halo mo, pag dagdag ka ng dagdag ng asukal, hipan mo lang magbubuo yan. supersaturation] Tumataas ang uric acid sa katawan mo kapag: (1) pag over-acting ka sa kain ng purine rich foods [Google niyo na lang] (2) pag hindi ganun kahealthy yung kidney mo na hindi nya kayang ilabas yung dumi sa katawan efficiently or (3) hindi ganun kahealthy yung liver mo.
