Research shows that the average adult spends at least 10 hours on electronic devices while teens spend an average of 9 hours a day in front of a variety of screen types.

Digital screens emit a specific blue light. Overexposure to this high-energy, short wavelength light can negatively impact eye health and cause digital eye strain.

BLUE LIGHT TIPS:
(Ways to prevent Eye Strain)
1.) Limit screen time when you’re not working/studying. Opt for device-less activities
2.) Use anti-blue light glasses. Visit your Optometrist 🤓
3.) Avoid charging your devices (cellular phones, iPads, tablets etc..) away from your bed.
4.) Remember to BLINK-BLINK-BLINK when using your digital devices.
5.) Use night-time settings to minimize blue light exposure.
6.) Follow the 20-20-20 rule.

My son had trouble reading. He would also often misspell words and given his age, he gets really conscious in class. This affects his academic performance and I fear he might fail in school.
