SCAMMER!
It's unfortunate to hear about the accusations made against me. We understand that wedding planning can be stressful, and we strive to create a positive experience for every couple. However, we want to assure everyone that the claims of a "scam" are completely NOT TRUE.
We delivered all the services outlined in our contract, and we have documentation to prove it. We've worked with countless couples over the years, and we've never had a single instance of scamming. Our dedication to providing excellent service is a core value of our business.
It appears that the client's experience was heavily influenced by someone who was not part of the original planning and who fabricated stories to damage our reputation. It's also important to note that the client was heavily intoxicated throughout the day, which may have impacted their memory and perception of events. They even harassed the venue owner with demands outside of the resort's policy.
We understand that mistakes can happen, and we always strive to resolve any issues that arise. However, I will not tolerate false accusations that damage my reputation and the hard work of our entire team. I/We remain committed to providing our clients with the best possible service and creating unforgettable wedding experiences.
To further demonstrate our commitment to transparency, we are tagging all the suppliers who were involved in the event. They can attest to the fact that all services were delivered as promised.
