Nakaka stress nga talaga kapag tayo ay may karamdaman. Lahat ng galaw natin may kasamang takot. Pero ang takot na yan, pwedeng ma control. Sa maliit na bukol huwag makampante. Habang ito ay maliit pa, huwag payagang lumaki at lumala.
Kagaya kay Maam, araw- araw may takot sa lunalaking mga bukol sa kanyang dibdib. Mabuti nalang at nag basa, nakinig at naniwala. Ngayon, tinatamasa na niya ang kalayaan sa stress at pag- aalala na dulot ng kanyang karamdaman. Nawala ang mga bukol at ngayon siya ay may masiglang baby na.
