My daughter had a food poisoning yesterday from the food she ate outside (in Hong Kong) and I just want to share the integrative or holistic approach of remedies I use. As you probably know already the discomfort of food poisoning such has vomiting, fever and diarrhea since that is the inflammatory response of our body to rid off toxins out from our body. So the main goal is to help support our body to eliminate out those toxins much easier. I had her ingest all of these every 3 to 4 hours and topically apply also the digestzen & peppermint with FCO on her gut doing the touch therapy. I also applied the Immune Blend on her entire back.
