TIME: 5:00AM TO 10:00 AM

BASIC 6 TEST PACKAGE FOR ONLY 350 pesos
*CREATININE - to check kidney function
*FBS - to check blood sugar level relative to potential diabetes mellitus
*URIC ACID - to check blood uric acid levels relative to development of gout
*Total Cholesterol - to check blood cholesterol level
*SGPT - to check potential liver Damage
*Urinalysis - to rule out urinary tract infection (UTI)

For additional Lab & Diagnostic test (Optional)
