"Run a bit to be FIT!"

Barangay Poblacion joins the nation in celebrating the 45th Nutrition Month with the theme: "Kumain ng wasto at maging aktibo... push natin 'to!"

This year's theme encourages everyone to advocate and realize the importance of healthy diets, increased physical activity and reduced sedentary behavior.

Kaya samahan niyo po kami, makibahagi ang makiisa sa ating layuning maging fit at aktibo! I-push natin ito!
