We are excited to announce that we have a new President and Chief Executive Officer, Bernardo Serrano Lopez!

Bernardo joins us with more than 20 years of senior leadership experience in the insurance industry where he has been successful in leading different businesses to achieve growth, profitability, and increased market share. Bernardo first joined AXA in Chile in 1998. In 2001, he was appointed Regional CEO for AXA Latin America and subsequently General Manager of AXA Spain in 2003. Between 2006 to 2011, Bernardo left AXA to set up his own company. He re-joined AXA in 2011 and was appointed as CEO of AXA Brazil before moving on to his most recent role as CEO of AXA Colpatria in Colombia.

“Ang dami kong sad first-hand stories recently of insurance applications being denied, premium payments being refunded dahil sa pre-existing conditions na just recently diagnosed, uncontrolled, or nalaman lang after medical exam na ni-require during the application process. Even yung mga urgent need for medical insurance/HMO coverage na hindi na talaga kayang ihabol dahil yung urgency ay like "I need it ASAP, kasi sabi ng doktor kailangan ko mag undergo ng surgery."

Ayaw ko na silang ikwento rito kasi ayaw naman nating masabihan na ginagamit yung misfortune ng iba to market a product. Pero sana, if an agent approaches you in a good manner at alam niyo sa sarili niyo na wala pa kayo nitong mga coverage na ito, give us a chance to show you how these can provide solutions to problems you may not even know exists.

You don't need to buy whatever we're trying to offer if you don't think it will be of any use to you. It's not required. You can always say no and walk away.
