The College Guidance Office, together with ICAS Tetuan – Mental Health Task Force, would like to thank everyone who participated in and supported this week’s celebration of awareness and wellness.
As Dr. Mary Jane A. Galang reminded us during her session on stress management — “Don’t wait for others to appreciate you, appreciate yourself.” 🌸
A beautiful reminder that self-worth begins within, and that taking care of our mental health is a form of self-love.
