Importante ang atuang pagsabot sa nagkadaghang kaso sa HFMD karung panahuna, inubanan usab sa pagsabot sa mga pamaagi sa pagpanambal ani‼️

DILI KINAHANGLAN UG ANTIBIOTICS ANG PAGTAMBAL ANI NGA SAKIT gawas nalang ug aduna pa'y mga kauban na infection ang pasyente gawas sa HFMD‼️

Tungod Virus ang hinungdan sa HFMD, kasagarang mawala ra ang mga sintomas pinaagi sa:
✅️ Pagtudlo sa saktong paghugas sa kamot ug paglimpyo sa kalawasan
✅️ Pag-disinfect o paglimpyo sa mga gamit sa panimalay,skwelahan o establisyemento
✅️ Pagkaon ug mga masustensya nga pagkaon kauban sa adlaw adlaw nga ehersisyo

Ug maka-obserba ta ani nga mga sintomas sa atuang mga kabataan, mas maayo nga ipakonsulta dayun nato ug dili anay usab paskwelahon. Bisita kita sa atuang Rural Health Unit para sa pagpapakunsulta ug dugang nga mga impormasyon.🩺💊

Para sa selebrasyon sa National Blood Donation Month, aduna nasad tay BLOOD LETTING ACTIVITY ipahigayun ugmang adlawa JULY 8, 2025 didto sa SAN JUAN COVERED COURT, San Juan Gutalac, Zn. Giawhag ang tanang piskay og regular nga nagahatag para mudonate sa ilang dugo para sa kaayuhan sa katawhan.

MGA BENEPISYO KUNG MU-DONATE OG DUGO:
1. Makapaubos sa risgo sa sakit sa kasing-kasing og atay.
2. Makapaubos sa risgo sa cancer.
3. Makapa-develop og bag-ong red blood cells.
4. Makatabang sa pag-maintain sa timbang sa lawas.
5. Makapaubos og kolesterol.
6. Makapatawhay sa panghuna-huna.
7. Makatabang og kinabuhi.

RHU Gutalac headed by Dr. Jackylyn G. Cruz joins the Alas Kwatro Kontra Mosquito Kickoff. It is a Nationwide Activity in Search and Destroy for Dengue Prevention.

Date: February 19-20, 2025
Time: 8-4pm
Venue: MDRRMC Building (likod sa gym)

Giawhag nato ang mga nag edad 15 og pataas, labi na ang atong senior citizens og mga naai gipambati sama sa:

-ubo nga mulapas na og duha ka semana
-ubo nga naai kaubang dugo
-hilanat nga magbalik-balik
-sakit ang dughan o likod
-nagniwang
-hangak o lugos iginhawa

Ato pud unahon ang mga clients nato nga naai koyug sulod sa balay, trabaho o maskin suod ang gasakit sa balatian nga Tuberculosis. Kamo giawhag nga magpa x-ray aron sayo nato mahibaw an kung naa ba mo risgo sa TB.

Magpa x-ray na ta kay libre og duol na sa atoa. First come, first serve.
