📣 ANNOUNCEMENT | Dumalinao RHU - Birthing Facility

We are pleased to inform the public that the Dumalinao RHU - Birthing Facility has officially received its License to Operate (LTO) as a Birthing Facility from the Department of Health.

With this, we are proud to announce that our facility is now fully operational and ready to provide safe, quality, and accessible maternal and newborn health services to our constituents.

👶 Services Offered;
✅ Normal Spontaneous Vaginal Delivery (NSVD) for low-risk pregnancies
✅ Prenatal and Postnatal Care
✅ Newborn Care and Essential Newborn Services
✅ Basic Emergency Obstetric and Newborn Care (BEmONC)
✅ Health Education and Counseling
✅ Family Planning Services

💡 As a Level 1 Birthing Facility, we cater to low-risk pregnancies in accordance with DOH guidelines. For high-risk cases, referrals will be made to appropriate higher-level health facilities to ensure the safety of both mother and baby.

This achievement is a result of dedication, teamwork, and perseverance — countless hours of preparation, compliance, and collaboration have finally paid off. 💪
