This patient came with the complain of pain . sensitivity and on and off swelling of the gums under the bridge .on examination there was a periodontal abscess . between #22 and #23 .pain #31 and sensitivity in #14.it's important to have a proper root canal treatment done under the bridge to avoid these complications ❤️
