مریض کے دل کے گرد موجود جھلی میں حد سے زیادہ پانی جمع ہو نے کی صورت میں وہ ہسپتال کی ایمرجنسی میں سانس لینے میں تکلیف اور بلڈ پریشر کی کمی کی وجہ سے آیا۔ مریض کو دل کے آپریشن تھیٹر جلد شفٹ کر کے وہ پانی نکلا گایا۔

Patient presented in emergency with CARDIAC TAMPONADE and an emergency PERICARDIOCENTESIS was performed in cath lab under fluoroscopy.

Congratulations to my dear friend, Resident Gastroenterologist Dr. Sayad Ahmad on his first ever successful independently performed ERCP (Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography). This is a a very precise and delicate procedure requiring high level of dedications and hard work. He has been a phenomenal resident in Gastroenterology department of Ayub Teaching Hospital Abbottabad. Achieving this feat has only been possible under the esteemed supervision of Seniors like Prof Dr Adil Naseer and Consultant Gastroenterologist Dr Rania.

InshAllah as a highly motivated and dedicated doctor, he will bring strong passion for providing exceptional patient care. We wish him best of luck for future endeavors.
