Please check 5 times and never rush. If a patient comes to you with hypoglycemia, he may be in hypoglycemia for an hour, yes you should do things quickly but always check before giving hypertonic as ampoule of potassium chloride and Hypertonic (D25W) is very similar.

Don't Rely on ChaTGPT for your illness, you would harm yourself.
If a doctor uses it, he knows how to contextualize AI responses and use it by considering all the necessary information for accurately diagnosing and plan management of a Patient.
Medicine is not a piece of cake. Even if you are educated, you are not a doctor and you don't know the prompt.
But i suggest educating yourself and asking questions about your disease and its prognosis from a doctor is appreciated.
Doctors should Welcome such queries.

Don't treat the patient online if they only complain of Fever without investigation.
First Localize the source of infection then treat accordingly.
Telemedicine will help only if a prescription is given after detailed History. And if you think examinations and investigations are indispensable for diagnosis then ask the patient to visit your office or hospital for proper checkup.
Sometimes you may think of horses which come out to be Giraffe 🦒.
Always keep in mind the two philosophical concepts which could benefit patients, Occam's Razor and Hicum Dictum.
