Uncemented Total Hip Replacement

ایک 32 سالہ مریض شدید کولہے کے درد اور چلنے پھرنے میں دشواری کے ساتھ پیش ہوا۔ معائنے اور ایکس رے سے معلوم ہوا کہ Femoral Head اوپر اور اندر کی طرف سرک چکا تھا (Superior & Medial Migration) جس کی وجہ سے کولہے کا جوڑ بری طرح متاثر ہو چکا تھا۔

مریض کا کامیاب علاج Uncemented Total Hip Replacement (Mindray System) کے ذریعے کیا گیا۔ اس آپریشن کے بعد مریض کو درد سے واضح نجات ملی اور چلنے پھرنے کی صلاحیت میں نمایاں بہتری آئی۔

نان یونین ٹبیا فبولا
ٹبیا اور فبولا ٹانگ کی اہم ہڈیاں ہیں۔ بعض اوقات چوٹ یا فریکچر کے بعد اگر مناسب اور بروقت علاج نہ کیا جائے تو ہڈی صحیح طرح نہیں جڑتی جسے نان یونین کہا جاتا ہے۔ اس صورت میں مریض کو مسلسل درد، کمزوری اور چلنے میں دشواری پیش آ سکتی ہے۔ جدید آرتھوپیڈک طریقوں جیسے پلیٹنگ اور بون گرافٹنگ کے ذریعے اس مسئلے کا مؤثر علاج کیا جا سکتا ہے۔

👶 بچوں میں سپرا کونڈائلر فریکچر ہیومرس
یہ کہنی کے اوپر بازو کی ہڈی کا عام فریکچر ہے جو زیادہ تر بچوں میں کھیلتے ہوئے گرنے یا ہاتھ کے بل گرنے سے ہوتا ہے۔ اگر اس کا فوری اور درست علاج نہ کیا جائے تو بازو کی حرکت اور اعصاب متاثر ہو سکتے ہیں۔ عموماً اس کا علاج K-wire فکسیشن یا دیگر جدید طریقوں سے کیا جاتا ہے تاکہ ہڈی درست پوزیشن میں جڑ سکے۔
