I want you to give up thinking about your body as an object which deserves shame / criticism/ something to be depressed over, if it doesn't fit into some mould. Overcome the feeling of inadequacy not body weight . Accept that you are beautiful in all forms. Stop complaining stop criticising yourself, be receptive towards compliments, Appreciate eachother, say nice things and be positive.

Exercising is not a math equation where if you lose "y" amount of calories in one hour, You will lose " y x 2" calories in two hours.
The point of exercise is that you should look like you have worked out, like you are toned in every dress, instead, you'll have the kind of body where people will ask you if you have been ill.
