The Post MRM Meeting held at MCHC Badin-A Chaired by Dr. Kiran, MNCh Coordinator Dr Hadiqa and MOHQ Dr zubair also Participated from DO Office Badin.

- The meeting commenced with the recitation of the Holy Quran.
-Key decisions and action points:
1. Maintain high standards of cleanliness at the health facility.
2. All staff members are required to adhere to scheduled timings.
3. Monthly medicine requests to be submitted by the 31st of each month.
4. DHIS and SAS reports to be submitted by the 31st of each month.
5. Staff are expected to display a positive attitude and courteous behavior towards patients.
6. Daily DMRs are to be submitted in a timely manner.
6. Ensure follow-up numbers are documented in the register.
7. Buffer stock to be properly maintained with a separate record.
8. Efforts to improve TB CDR: collect 2 samples, identify hotspots, and conduct screenings.
9. Enhance antenatal revisits through community health sessions.
10. Improve PPFP indicator through proper client counseling by midwives.
11. Regularly check MMU items to ensure no expired medicines are present at.

The Post-MRM was conducted at the health facility BHU Yousif Shah Chaired by MO Incharge Dr. Javed Javed Kunbhar, and SO Ubedullah Talpur participated from the district office.

Detailed discussions were held to improve low-performing key performance indicators, particularly:

1. Malnutrition screening
2. TB screening
3. ANC coverage
4. PNC coverage
5. Family planning

Mr. Ubaid forwarded the meeting minutes, highlighting the following action points:

1. Ensure regularity and punctuality of staff
2. Strengthen family planning client support from the nutrition side
3. Maintain cleanliness of the health facility
4. Ensure medicine requests will be error-free and DHIS and SAS reports will be submitted error-free on the 1st of every month
5. Complete and maintain the MMU checklist

The Monthly Review Meeting (MRM) for December 2025 was held on 29 January 2026 at the Khahori Hall, District Office, , Badin-A.
