اس کا اصل نام؛ (میتھرمتیامین) ہے اور اگر یہ جمی ہوئی برف کے چھوٹے ٹکڑوں کی طرح ہو تو اسے کرسٹل میتھ یا آئس (ICE) کہتے ہیں اگر پاؤڈر کی شکل میں ہو تو اسے سپیڈ (Speed) کہتے ہیں. شر پسند لوگوں اسکو ایک اور شکل یعنی (آئس ٹافی) کی صورت میں مارکیٹ لے آئے ہیں اس بدبخت نشے کو استعمال کرنے والا شخص پہلے دن سے ہی اس کا عادی ہو جاتا ہے ایک دفعہ استعمال کرنے کا اثر 12 گھنٹے تک رہتا ہے اور استعمال کرنے والا نشئی تین سے چار دن تک جاگ سکتا ہے.
آئس (ICE) کا نشہ استعمال کرنے والے شخص کی بقیہ عمر چھ مہینے سے ایک سال تک ہی رہ جاتی ہے.
یہ بہت ہی خطرناک مہلک اور جان لیوا نشہ ہے اپنے پیاروں اور گردونواح میں نظر رکھیں. کیونکہ عادت ہوجانے کے بعد ایک ڈھانچہ رہ جاتا ہے۔

ECTOLIFE WOMB

Inside The EctoLife Artificial Womb Facility (360 Concept illustration)

EctoLife is a concept designed to showcase how far reproductive technology has come. To design the concept, I relied on several scientific fields, including biotechnology, ectogenesis, regenerative medicine, stem cell research, genetic engineering, biochemistry, microbiology and molecular biology. The artificial womb facility relies 100% on scientific research that has already been done. Every single step has been achieved, either in a smaller scale or in animal models. It’s all about putting everything together into a prototype and testing it on human embryos.

When will we see such facility in operation? Well, that depends on how relaxed we are with the ethical restrictions. In May 2021, the International Society for Stem Cell Research (ISSCR) dropped the 14-day rule on research that deals with human embryos. It’s now possible to conduct research on human embryos beyond 14 days. However, growing an entire human fetus is still prohibited. If we relax these restrictions further, such facility could be operational within 10 to 15 years max.

My EctoLife concept received a lot of mixed reactions online, showing that society is not yet ready for such technology, which is intended to alleviate human suffering and put an end to the infertility crisis. Eventually, artificial wombs will become a reality whether we like it or not. If there is only one thing that we learned throughout history, it’s that no one can stop progress. Delay it? Yes! Stop it? Never.

کتاب والوں کے دکھ اور ہوتے ہیں جو الفاظ والے ہی سمجھ سکتے ہیں ۔ سو وہ دنیا اپنی اپنی لگی۔ ماہ رو میرے ساتھ تھیں اور انہیں بھوک لگ گئی ، وہ رونے لگیں۔ میں نے مینجر سے کہا آفس میں یا کرسی پہ بیٹھ جاؤں ؟ بیٹی رو رہی ہیں ۔انہوں نے صاف انکار کر دیا۔ میں نے باہر آکے چوکیدار کا سٹول لیا اور شال اوڑھتے ہی ماہ رو کو پیٹ پوجا کروانے لگی ۔ ابھی میں فیڈ کروا رہی تھی کہ گارڈ انکل آکر کہنے لگے "اندر سے پیغام آیا ہے کہ انہیں باہر سے اٹھا دیں"۔ مطلب۔۔۔

دنیا کے پیمانے بھاڑ میں جائیں ۔ میرے لئے میری بیٹی زیادہ اہم ہے اور اس کی ہر ضرورت کا خیال رکھنا میری ذمہ داری ہے ۔ پہلی بات تو اگر بچوں کو فیڈ کروانا بے حیائی ہے تو مردوں کو بچے پیدا ہی نہیں کرنا چاہئیں۔ دوسری بات کہ ماؤں کیلئے الگ کارنر بنا دینا چاہئیے۔ تیسری بات تھوڑی اخلاقیات سیکھ لینی چاہئیں کہ آپ کتاب بیچتے ہیں ۔ میرا خیال ہے ہر اس جگہ احتجاج کرنا چاہئیے جہاں زیادتی کی گئی ہو۔اور اپنی بیٹی کا حق مارنا تو مجھ سے برداشت نہیں ہوا۔ میں قلم والی ہوں سو میں نے لکھ دیا ہے ۔آپ احساس والے بن سکتے ہیں ۔

میں پیراں تھلے جنت دا کیہ کرنا
