✨ Nut Cookies Recipe (No Sugar)Ingredients:• 50g almonds• 50g walnuts• 100g peanuts• 30g pumpkin seeds• 10g sesame seeds• 10g grated coconut• 2 tbsp honeyMethod:Mix all nuts, seeds and honey together.Use a cookie cutter to shape the cookies.Air-fry at 150°C for 9 minutes or bake for 15-16 minutes at the same temperature.Let them cool for 30 minutes.Store in an air-tight container for 1 month.

IngredientsFor cabbage leaves • 1 whole cabbage • Water (for boiling)For the filling • 1 tbsp oil • 1 chicken breast, minced • 1 chopped onion • 1 grated carrot • 1 tsp salt • 1 tsp garlic powder • 1 tsp black pepper • 1 tsp crushed red pepper • 1 tsp china salt • 1 tsp vinegar • 1 tsp soy sauce • 1 tsp chilli sauce • 2 tbsp chilli oil • 1 tsp white sesame seedsInstructions✅ Step 1: Prepare the cabbage leaves 1. Separate the cabbage leaves gently. 2. Boil water in a pot, add leaves & boil for 5 minutes until soft and flexible. 3. Drain and let them cool.✅ Step 2: Make the filling 1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan. 2. Add minced chicken and cook until it turns white. 3. Add chopped onion & grated carrot , sauté for 2 minutes. 4. Add all spices 5. Add vinegar, soy sauce, chilli sauce & chilli oil. 6. Mix well and cook until the filling becomes dry. 7. Sprinkle sesame seeds and mix again.✅ Step 3: Roll 1. Place 1-2 tbsp filling on each cabbage leaf. 2. Fold the sides and roll tightly like a wrap. 3.
