For Sehri
Before sehri have 1 cup of water with half squeezed lemon and pinch of salt to prevent dehydration.

Milk, whole (1 cup). 149 kcal

For Aftar
Break your fast with
Dates (1 date). 23 kcal
Lemonade (8oz). 70 kcal
After that perform your maghrib prayer and then have
Fruit Salad (1 bowl). 121 kcal
After half an hour, have your dinner
Boiled rice ( 50g, 1 scoop). 65 kcal
BBQ chicken, thighs (3 ounces). 192 kcal
Or have any source of protein, you can use red beans, lentils, fish etc
Raita homemade (1 tbsp). 32 kcal
