🚨 Here’s a dead giveaway symptom of frozen shoulder - that you probably didn’t know about
💥 Sensitivity on a specific spot on the front of the shoulder, on the tip of a bone called the coracoid process.
👉🏻 It occurs in more than 95% of cases, but only in 10-15% of other kinds of shoulder pain...
👀 If you feel around in the tissue there, it’s hard to miss — and if it hurts quite a bit (more than 3 on a scale of 10, say), that’s the sign you’re looking for.
