This patient presented with abdominal distension and nausea. On scan she had complex ovarian mass and her tumor markers were sky high. On further workup and CT she was diagnosed with ovarian cancer. Her staging laparotomy was planned by multi disciplinary approach. After laparotomy her CT showed no residual tumor and now she is undergoing chemotherapy for complete recovery inshaAllah.

Delivered this bundle of joy (4.5kg) via emergency c section due to meconium staining in latent phase of labour. Both baby and mother are doing fine because of timely intervention.

Delivered this bundle of joy few days back. Her mother had previous three c sections and came in active labour. She delivered via normal vaginal delivery with 2nd degree tear. Both mother and baby are doing fine. Vaginal birth after c section is possible if patient comes with active labour and is dealt with by trained doctors and staff.

Finally after a hardwork of almost one year with this patient she conceived after four years of her marriage. She had previous history pf multiple fertility treatments which unfortunately failed. She had severe pcos leading to no ovulation. She was resistant to oral ovulation medicine so was put on injectables and conceived on third cycle with combined approach of oral and injectable medication. Wish her a healthy and happy pregnancy outcome.

This patient was referred to Rawalpindi due to complicated previous surgery and bladder injury. She came back and consulted and her surgery was planned after properly counselling her and all the precautions were taken to prevent any complications to avoid the traumatic experience she previously had. Both mother and baby were doing fine post operatively.

Delivered this bundle of joy via LSCS. His parents waited for 21 years for his arrival mashaAllah. Mother had multiple comorbidities including type 2 diabetes chronic hypertension tension CKD severe depression and multiple infections during the course of pregnancy. Both mother and baby are doing fine. Say a little prayer for the family. 🎉
