Breastfeeding offers numerous advantages, including nutritional benefits, emotional, and psychological well-being. For mothers, breastfeeding serves as a protective factor against postpartum depression by:

- Enhancing bonding with the baby
- Fostering emotional connection
By highlighting these benefits, the counseling session aimed to support new mothers in navigating the postpartum period and promoting their overall well-being.
