Don't forget to brush your teeth in sehar and aftaar..
In sehar brush using a good tooth paste atleast half hour before having food or half hour after your sehri...
And brush 2nd time before going to bed.
Remember, eating right after brushing or brushing immediately after eating is not healthy for your teeth. Give 30 minutes gap 😃 😊 😀
