Today, a patient presented with a complaint of irregular bleeding for 1 month; her hemoglobin level dropped to 6, requiring 2 to 3 blood transfusions, but the bleeding persisted. The ultrasound scan revealed a retained placenta. Notably, this patient had visited me 1 month ago for termination of pregnancy, but I declined. She subsequently underwent an induced abortion at a local clinic, followed by evacuation and curettage. The consequences are evident in the scan picture.I done E and C removed placenta and now patient stable..

Patient presented with a complaint of right hypochondrium pain… scan revealed a 1.9cm stone in the gallbladder, prompting referral to a general surgeon for management….this illustrates that not all female patients to to gynocologist have gynaecological issues, highlighting the importance of considering other differential diagnoses.
