Colostomy at Birth and Endore**al pull through done at 04 months of age. Initially was on re**al stimulation and dilatation. After 08 months of surgery, passing stool without re**al stimulation and dilatation. In the end Happy mood😄🤗🤗. Smiling

Multiple surgeries for Hirschsprung disease
First surgery was done at public sector hospital at birth for cecal perforation. Multiple biopsies taken and ileostomy made.
Biopsy of appendix , transverse colon and sigmoid positive for ganglion cells and at peritoneal reflection was negative.
He was malnourished and having only 6 kg weight when presented to us at 01year. Diet counselling done and multivitamins added. That resulted in 2-3 kg weight gain in 2-3 month. Then ileostomy closed and sigmoid colostomy done. There were multiple adhesions of small gut loops which were seperated at some points. Postoperatively patient remained well.
Then after 02 month Endore**al pull through done. Post operative recovery was uneventful. ALHAMDULILLH now patient is fine. And have 12 kg weight at 2 and half years.
