PROTEIN RICH SALAD πŸ§€πŸ₯’

This hearty and colorful salad brings together tender grilled chicken, creamy boiled eggs, crunchy fresh veggies, and chunks of cheese for a meal that fuels you all day. It's great for lunch, post-workout, or light dinners.

𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
1 grilled chicken breast, cubed
2 hard-boiled eggs, halved
Β½ cup cheese cubes (cheddar, mozzarella, or gouda)
1 cup romaine or mixed greens
Β½ cup cucumber, sliced
Β½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
ΒΌ red onion, chopped
ΒΌ cup shredded carrots (optional)
Salt & pepper to taste
Dressing of choice (ranch, mustard etc.)

πƒπ’π«πžπœπ­π’π¨π§π¬:
1️⃣ Prep the Protein
Boil the eggs for 9–10 minutes, then peel and slice. Grill or pan-sear the chicken breast, season as desired, and chop into bite-sized pieces.
2️⃣ Chop the Veggies
Slice the cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, onion, and carrots if using.
3️⃣ Assemble the Salad
Layer the greens in a bowl or plate. Top with veggies, cheese cubes, chicken pieces, and egg halves.
4️⃣ Season & Serve
Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Drizzle with your favorite dressing just before serving.

CRISPY CHICKEN AND EGG SALAD BOWL πŸ₯—πŸ³πŸ—

𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
Main Bowl:
1 chicken breast, pan-seared and sliced
2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
1 ripe banana, halved
1 cup mixed leafy greens (lettuce, radicchio, etc.)
3–4 cherry tomatoes

For Seasoning & Optional Toppings:
Salt & black pepper to taste
Β½ tsp olive oil (optional, for greens)
Pinch of dried herbs (like parsley or dill)

πƒπ’π«πžπœπ­π’π¨π§π¬:
1️⃣ Cook the Chicken – Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper. Pan-sear in olive oil for 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Rest, then slice.
2️⃣ Boil the Eggs – Boil eggs for 9–10 minutes, cool under cold water, peel, and slice.
3️⃣ Prepare the Plate – On a large bowl or plate, arrange leafy greens, banana halves, sliced chicken, egg rounds, and cherry tomatoes.
