GRILLED CHICKEN & FRESH VEGGIES PLATE 🥗

A light, clean, and nutrient-packed meal — perfect for healthy eating or meal prep!

🔸️ INGREDIENTS
▫️CHICKEN
1 chicken breast, thinly sliced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp lemon pepper or black pepper
Pinch of salt

▫️VEGGIES
1 cup broccoli florets
½ avocado, sliced (Optional)
1 medium tomato, sliced
½ cucumber, sliced
1 tsp olive oil
Pinch of salt & pepper

🔸️DIRECTIONS
▫️Cook the Chicken
Season the thin chicken slices with olive oil, garlic powder, lemon pepper (or black pepper), and salt.
Heat a pan on medium-high and cook 3–4 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked.

▫️Prepare the Broccoli
Steam broccoli for 4–5 minutes until bright green and tender.
Toss with 1 tsp olive oil, salt, and pepper.

▫️Prepare the Fresh Veggies
Slice the cucumber, avocado, and tomato.
Arrange neatly on the plate.

🔸️ASSEMBLE THE DISH
Add the cooked chicken, seasoned broccoli, sliced tomato, cucumber, and avocado.
Serve immediately and enjoy warm and fresh!
