👈🏻کئی بار ایسا ہوتا ہے کہ ہم کسی انسان کے ساتھ میں تعلق بناتے ہیں تو کچھ عرصے کے بعد کسی نہ کسی وجہ سے وہ تعلق ٹوٹ جاتا ہے بہت سارے لوگ دوسرے انسان سے اس وقت بھیک مانگنا شروع کر دیتے ہیں کہ ہمیں چھوڑ کے نہ جائیں ہمارے ساتھ میں وقت گزاریں میں اپنی زندگی میں بہت ساری چیزوں کو تبدیل کر لوں گا اس طرح کی کئی باتیں کی جاتی ہیں

👈🏻کیا آپ کے کہنے سے دوسرا انسان چھوڑ کے نہیں جائے گا
👈🏻جس انسان نے آپ کو چھوڑ کے جانے کا فیصلہ کر لیا ہو آپ اسے جتنا مرضی کہہ لیں وہ کبھی بھی آپ کے ساتھ میں نہیں وقت گزارے گا کیونکہ کسی بھی انسان کو اس دنیا میں کنٹرول نہیں کر سکتے ہیں کچھ دیر کے لیے آپ کو ذہنی اذیت ہوگی پریشانی ہوگی رونے کا دل کرے گا لیکن اس انسان کو چھوڑ کر زندگی میں اگے بڑھنا ہے

👈🏻بعض اوقات انسان کا دل کرتا ہے کہ میں اس انسان کو ذہنی اذیت پہنچاؤں وہ اس کے بارے میں لوگوں کو برا بھلا کہنا شروع کر دیتا ہے جب آپ کسی دوسرے انسان کے بارے میں غلط باتیں کہتے ہیں معاشرے میں اس کو بدنام کرنے کی کوشش کرتے ہیں تو حقیقت میں آپ اس سے محبت نہیں کرتے ہیں بلکہ آپ اپنی اس ذہنی اذیت کا بدلہ لینا چاہتے ہیں جو آپ کو اس انسان کے ساتھ میں تعلق توڑنے کی وجہ سے ہوئی ہے ہر تعلق میں عزت ادب احترام ضروری ہوتا ہے اسی لیے کوشش کریں کہ اسے معاشرے میں رسوائی کا ذریعہ نہ بنائیں

👈🏻خود کو دوسرے انسان سے بات سے کیسے روکا جائے

جب دوسرے انسان کو بار بار میسج کرتے ہیں اسے برا بھلا کہتے ہیں حقیقت میں آپ دوسرے انسان کو اس بات کا احساس دلا رہے ہوتے ہیں کہ اس کا نہ ہونا تکلیف دے رہا ہے یہاں پہ آپ نے اپنی عزت نفس کو اپنے سامنے رکھنا ہے کہ آپ کون ہے ہے اتنے گرے ہوئے انسان ہیں کہ دوسرے انسان سے اس کے وقت کی بھیک مانگیں اور آپ کے کہنے سے دوسرا انسان کب تک آپ کے ساتھ میں جڑا رہے گا میسجز کو کالز کو ان باتوں کو اسی جڑی ہوئی چیزوں کو دیکھنا بند کر دیں اپنے آپ کو کسی نہ کسی کام میں مصروف کریں زندگی کبھی بھی ایک انسان پہ ختم نہیں ہوتی ہے اس کا فیصلہ آپ نے خود کرنا ہے
