👶 بچوں میں کان کے انفیکشن سے بچاؤ کے لئے آسان تدابیر

کان کا انفیکشن بچوں میں ایک عام لیکن تکلیف دہ مسئلہ ہے، جو اکثر سردی، فلو یا الرجی کے بعد ہوتا ہے۔ چند احتیاطی تدابیر سے آپ اپنے بچے کو محفوظ رکھ سکتے ہیں:

✅ کان خشک رکھیں – نہانے یا تیراکی کے بعد کان اچھی طرح صاف اور خشک کریں۔
✅ لیٹے لیٹے دودھ نہ پلائیں – اس سے کان میں انفیکشن کا خطرہ بڑھتا ہے۔
✅ فلو ویکسین لگوائیں – ویکسینیشن سے فلو اور اس سے جڑے کان کے انفیکشن میں واضح کمی آتی ہے۔
✅ دھوئیں سے بچائیں – سگریٹ یا آگ کا دھواں بچے کی سانس اور کان دونوں پر برا اثر ڈالتا ہے۔
✅ الرجی کنٹرول کریں – دھول، پولن، یا پالتو جانور بعض بچوں میں کان کے مسائل کو بڑھا دیتے ہیں، اس لئے ان سے بچاؤ اہم ہے۔
