2ïžâƒŁ Overeating at Iftar
Breaking your fast with huge portions can spike your blood sugar and leave you feeling bloated. Start with a few dates and water, then eat slowly your body will thank you!

3ïžâƒŁ Too many fried & sugary foods
Samosas, pakoras, desserts
 we love them But eating them daily adds tons of calories and slows weight loss. Try baking, grilling, or keeping sweets occasional treats.

4ïžâƒŁ Not drinking enough water
Dehydration is sneaky! Often your body confuses thirst for hunger, making you snack more than needed. Aim to sip water between Iftar and Suhoor.

5ïžâƒŁ No physical activity
Fasting isn’t an excuse to be completely inactive. Even a 10–20 minute walk after Iftar helps digestion, boosts metabolism, and burns extra calories.
