🌟 Grateful for a Meaningful Engagement at Kinnaird College! 🌟
I had the honor of conducting an online workshop on Psychological First Aid on July 26, 2025, hosted by the Kinnaird Center for Learning and Cultural Development, Kinnaird College for Women, Lahore.
It was truly a wonderful experience interacting with such a vibrant, curious, and committed audience. The participants' thoughtful questions and active involvement made it a rich and interactive session. The workshop was designed as a hands-on training, and I was glad to see the level of enthusiasm and openness to learning.
My special thanks to Ms. Rukhsana for her kind invitation and warm coordination, and heartfelt appreciation to all the organizers who worked tirelessly behind the scenes to make this event a success. 🙏
Such initiatives go a long way in building emotional resilience, especially in times of crisis.
Looking forward to more such collaborations for spreading psychological awareness and practical skills.

Honored to conduct a workshop on Psychological First Aid (PFA) for the faculty members of the Department of Applied Psychology at Bahauddin Zakariya University (BZU), Multan, on 24-06-2025. The participants expressed great appreciation for the relevance and practicality of the training, especially in today’s challenging times.
Hoping for such collaborative academic exchange and remain committed to promoting mental health awareness and capacity building across institutions, in future as well.
