RMT is a voluntary social organization was founded in 2009 at FATA and registered under Trust Act and providing social, health care services, and education at the community levels in FATA. RMT is committed to pursue activities to relieve suffering, promote the interest of the poor and needy, promote quality health, protect the environment, provide basic social services by developing innovative, need-based and context oriented programs. And providing a wide range of services to ensure that the RMT can respond effectively to both individuals and families to help them enhance the quality of life. RMT is actively engaged in operational and advocacy activities. The organization believes that community participation in all phases of project designing, planning, implementation and monitoring is the key to sustainable development. Vision:

سچ تو یہ ہے کہ دور حاضر کی مسلم ملکوں میں سعودی عرب،قطر،یو اے ای اور بنگلہ دیش نے اعتقاد کی نیند کو جھٹک دیا ہےاور شعور ذات حاصل کر لیا ہے۔ان ممالک نے ذہنی آزادی کے حق کا دعوی کیا ہے۔یہ باشعور اور ترقی پزیر ممالک جان گئے ہیں کہ حرکت کرتی اور پھیلتی ہوئی زندگی کی بڑھتی ہوئی پیچیدگیاں یقینا نئے حالات پیدا کریں گی اور نئے نقطہ ہائے نظر کی دعوت دیں گے۔
میرا خیال ہے وہ انگریز مفکر بابس تھا جس نے یہ بات کہی تھی کہ ہو بہو یا یکساں خیالات و جز بات کی متواتر تکرار کے معنی تو یہی ہوئے کہ خیالات ہے نہ جذبات۔فی زمانہ پاکستان سمیت پیشتر مسلمان ملکوں کا یہئ حال ہے۔
