Over the *last two years,* under the leadership of *Dr. Muhammad Sultan (President) and Dr. Irfan (General Secretary),* PMA Gojra witnessed practical, visible, and lasting change.
*1. Revival and Establishment of Medical Education Culture*
For the *first time in Gojra* and Toba, a true culture of continuous *medical education was established.*
Organization of major diabetes conferences, including *two large Diabetes (DAR) conferences during Ramzan, a landmark* achievement
Introduction of *monthly clinical case meetings for doctors* — a concept that did not exist previously
Regular *medical conferences and educational gatherings,* creating professional interaction among doctors
Active engagement of the *pharmaceutical sector to* support and promote medical education
*Patient education medical camps,* where doctors delivered awareness lectures on various diseases
Before this tenure, there was *no structured concept of doctors gathering for medical education in Gojra.* This alone marks a historic transformation.
2. *Leadership That Stands With Doctors — Personally*
Dr. Sultan, supported by Dr. Irfan, *addressed not only institutional issues but also individual problems of doctors.*
Personal involvement in *resolving private hospital and individual doctors’ issues*
Problems were handled not just as official files, but as personal responsibilities
