22yr old labourer with 7 days old neglected dislocation of left elbow came to me with pain swelling, deformity and restricted movement of left elbow with intact distal N/V status. Close reduction under analgesia was tried and it was successful.
Plaster removed after 5 weeks, pt came to me on regular follow up visit with full ROM and was fully satisfied with the outcome

I remembered the day when she presented to me after history of fall from roof with bilateral fracture tibia, about 5 months ago. She came after visiting a traditional bone settler who told her you may not be able to walk on your feet despite having operation. She was very much worried, I counselled her and did open reduction and internal fixation. Today she came while walking on her feets with lots of prayers and the smile on her face. That's a real reward for any doctor I think.....

A follow-up patient with bilateral CTEV, being managed by me with serial manipulation and ponseti casting with achilles tenotomy since he was only one week old. Now walking with normal plantigrade feet. Alhamdullah.
