Morning or Mild morning

✅When to avoid :
If you have heavy kapha, Frequent cold cough , or acne

2️⃣Fennel Milk for Skin Glow:

1tsp fennel boiled or infused in milk

✅When to drink? At bed time - itx cool pitta and clear skin

✅When to avoid?If you have cold prone body, low digestion or morning bloating

3️⃣Raw onion for Bp & Heart health
