خون کی نالیوں کا گٹھا"۔
آپ اس مریض کو دیکھ سکتے ہیں ۔
📌 تفصیل (مختصر اور آسان زبان میں):
اسکالپ ہیمنجیئوما ایک نرم، سرخ یا نیلگوں رنگ کا ابھرا ہوا نشان ہوتا ہے جو زیادہ تر بچوں میں پیدائش کے وقت یا چند ہفتوں کے اندر ظاہر ہوتا ہے۔ یہ خون کی چھوٹی نالیوں کا مجموعہ ہوتا ہے جو ایک جگہ جمع ہو کر گٹھا سا بناتے ہیں۔
⚠️ علامات:
سر پر سرخ یا نیلا نشان
نرم اور اُبھرا ہوا گٹھا
چھونے پر گرم محسوس ہونا
بعض اوقات آہستہ آہستہ بڑھنا

🔍 تشخیص:
ڈاکٹر معائنہ سے پہچان سکتا ہے
اگر ضرورت ہو تو الٹراساؤنڈ یا MRI بھی کروایا جا سکتا ہے

🩺 علاج:
زیادہ تر کیسز میں کسی علاج کی ضرورت نہیں ہوتی، خود بخود چھوٹا ہو جاتا ہے
اگر سائز بہت بڑا ہو یا خون بہنے لگے تو:
دوا
لیزر تھراپی
سرجری
